Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

In this Petition, the challenge is to the order dated 11th June, 2013 made by the District Judge, Pune confirming the order dated 13th February, 2012 made by the learned trial Judge. However, there is status quo operating in this Petition since 16th July, 2013. 3.

The suit in the present case relates to the year 2012. In these circumstances, the interest of justice will be served if such status quo is directed to continue until the disposal of Regular Civil Suit No. 460 of 2012 and learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said Civil Suit as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 31st March, 2020.

Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of with direction that the status quo shall continue to operate until the disposal of Regular Civil Suit No. 460 of 2012 and the suit to be disposed of as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 31st March, 2020.

The suit will have to be decided on its own merits without being influenced by any observation made in the impugned order or for that matter the continuance of status quo by this order. 6.

All contentions of all parties are expressly kept open. 7.

All concerned to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.
