This Application is filed by the Applicant-Petitioner praying for directions to the Respondents to permit clearance of imported goods covered under the Bill of Entry No.3001380 dated 26th April, 2019 for home consumption provisionally on same terms and conditions as set out in the Court's Order dated 6th December, 2018 in the main matter.

The Applicant-Original Petitioner as in the past, imported one more consignment of Thiourea for non-Insecticidal purposes. The Department has blocked its import relying on the internal circulars. Under identical circumstances in the main Petition, by the interim order dated 6th December, 2018, provisional clearance of the goods was permitted subject to certain conditions. The facts being similar, the SSP 1/2

4 CAW 1366 OF 2019.doc present consignment also may be provisionally cleared for non-insecticidal use on same directions as in the order dated 6th December, 2018. The Applicant also seeks liberty to amend the Petition to bring these facts on record. Application allowed in terms of paragraph 18 (a) and (b). Amendments to be carried out by 9th July, 2019.
