The petitioner alleges unauthorized constructions over the suit land.

The learned Advocate for the respondent No.2/ Corporation, on instructions of Corporation, submits that if the petitioner fles a representation, the same would be considered on its own merits by the Corporation after hearing all the interested parties.

In light of that, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would fle a comprehensive representation along with documents with the Corporation. Gaikwad RD 1/2

Upon the representation being fled, the Corporation may consider the representation on its own merits in accordance with law, rules and policy and shall take decision after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
