The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 30 days in filing the Review Petition. The reasons therefor are mentioned in the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.5 to 13 opposes the application, but ultimately submits to the orders of the Court. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 30 days in filing the Review Petition stands condoned. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
