This is an application for restoration of Anticipatory Bail Application No.2026 of 2019 and for recalling of Order dated 7th August 2021. 2.

It is to be noted here that, the said Order dated 7th August 2021 is passed as per the record made available before this Court. The said Order is a speaking Order dismissing the said application of the Applicant for non compliance of Order dated 18th September 2021. The arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the prayer made in the present Application amounts to review of Order dated 7th August 2021, which is not permissible under Section 362 of Criminal Procedure Code.

In view thereof, I find no merits in the Application. Application is accordingly dismissed.
