Heard for some time. Perused the charge-sheet and the accompanying statements which contain specific assertions against the Applicants. Apart from sections 354, 354(A) and 354(B), allegations under section 504 r/w.34 of IPC are also there.

In this situation, we cannot in this jurisdiction and at this stage split the offence.

Hence, keeping all contentions open and with liberty to the applicants to take necessary steps before the trial Court, we dispose of the present application.

It is clarified that observations made by us are only for the purpose to refuse to intervene in extra ordinary jurisdiction and shall not in any way eclipse the contentions of the applicants in relation to material on record.
