1] The petitioner was referred for medical examination. The medical board constituted at B.J. Government Medical College and Sassoon General Hospital, Pune consisting of five experts have thoroughly examined the petitioner and has opined that anomaly pointed out cardiovascular surgeon can be corrected after the birth of child and the Committee has specifically recommended against termination of pregnancy. Considering the report tendered by the Medical Board at B.J. Government Medical College and Sassoon General Hospital, the request made by the petitioner in the instant petition need not be considered. The petition is devoid of substance.
