P.C. :- This application is filed with the following substantial prayer :- "(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the learned Judge, Vasai to conduct the trial of R.C.C. No.561/2014 on day to day basis and pass appropriate order/s at the earliest."

The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is suffering from Cancer and she is taking treatment in the Tata Memorial Hospital at Bombay.

Keeping in view the peculiar facts of this case and there is an innocuous prayer in the application in as much as only direction is sought to the concerned Court to conclude the trial of RCC No.561 of 2014 within stipulated time, I am inclined to allow the Revision Application in terms of prayer Clause (a). 4.
Accordingly, the Court of J.M.F.C., Vasai is directed to expedite the trial of RCC No. 561 of 2014 on day to day basis and as expeditiously as possible within two months from today. Needless to observe that the Applicant shall extend full co-operation to the learned Trial Court for early disposal.
