The present application is filed, seeking release of the applicant temporarily on medical bail, on account of the ailment suffered by him.

Learned APP has placed on record the current medical condition of the prisoner through the Chief Medical Officer, Central Prison, Thane, vide his Report dated 16/07/2022. The said report is taken on record and marked as X for identification. 3.

The report indicates that the prisoner was admitted to J.J. Group of Hospitals and had undergone excision of multiple sebaceous cysts on 25/2/2022. He was again admitted on 11/06/2022 to 19/06/2022 and underwent a operative measure and treatment in J.J. group Hospital. His post operative treatment continues in Thane prison as per the advise of J.J. group Ashish Mhaske

In the wake of the above, since the health of the prisoner is taken care of, the application is rejected.
