The civil application seeks recall and setting aside of a selfoperative order of dismissal for non-removal of office objections passed by the Registrar (Judl-I). For the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay in taking out the application is condoned and the dismissal order dated 20 April 2016 is recalled and set aside. The petition is restored on board. The Petitioner shall remove office objections within a period of three weeks from today failing which the petition shall stand dismissed without recourse to this court. (S.C. Gupte, J.)
