The learned counsel for the applicants, upon instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. However, the learned Addl. Sessions Judge (Court Room No.16) is hereby requested to decide the Criminal Application No.1418 of 2015 on the scheduled date i.e. on 13th July, 2015. The learned Judge shall also take into consideration that Ramzan festival falls on 18th July, 2015. In view of this, the learned Sessions Judge is requested to hear the application on merits on 13th July, 2015 without being influenced by the withdrawal of this application.
