This is the 3rd bail application filed by the applicant mainly on the ground that the trial is not concluded within one year. There is no change in circumstances. This Court is aware of the under trial cases before the Sessions Court at Kalyan. The learned Sessions Judge shall take into consideration that the applicant is in custody since 2015 and according to the learned counsel for the applicant the charge is framed in 2015 itself.

In view of this, the learned Sessions Court shall conclude recording of evidence by 30th May 2020.
