DATE: FEBRUARY 12, 2020 P.C.:- 1] By the order impugned, Family Court has awarded maintenance of Rs 5,000/- each to two kids.

2] Submissions of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner-father are, final figure of the maintenance can be worked out at the time of decision of the proceedings and that being so order impugned is not sustainable. He would invite attention of this Court to the monthly salary drawn by wife and, as such, claims that wife is in better financial position to maintain two kids.

(29.1) WP-2989-19.doc 3] As far as aforesaid submissions are concerned, if we consider the fact that Petitioner is a practicing Advocate having his offices at Pune, Delhi, Aurangabad, Solapur and Karnataka, it is really painful that award of maintenance of Rs 5,000/- each is burdensome for the Petitioner.

4] In the aforesaid backdrop, without making any comment on the conduct of the Petitioner, it will be appropriate in my opinion to dismiss the Petition. As such, Petition stands dismissed. ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J. ) 2/2
