The only relief sought by the above Writ Petition is the expeditious disposal of Application No.5 of 2012 filed by the Petitioner under Section 41D of the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950. The said proceedings are pending since 2012. The learned counsel for the Petitioner Shri Mishra states that the contesting parties have been served and they are participating in the said proceedings.

Having regard to the nature of the direction sought, no notice is required to be issued to the Respondents. Since the Application No.5 of 2012 is of the year 2012, the concerned Assistant/Deputy Charity Commissioner to hear and decide the same expeditiously and latest by 31/12/2015.
