Heard Mr. Khan, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant.

By Order dated 18th February 2022, a learned Single Judge (Coram: C.V. Bhadang,J.) has rejected the Bail Application of the Applicant bearing Criminal Bail Application No. 4243 of 2021. 3.

Learned APP states that thereafter the trial has started. 4.

It is the submission of Mr. Khan, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant that when the learned Single Judge rejected the Application by order dated 18th February 2022, proper assistance 1/2

933 BA 2030.23.doc is not given to the Court. However, perusal of the Order shows that by giving detailed reasons the Application is rejected. 5.

Mr. Khan has failed to point out any change in circumstances. As the trial has already commenced and as there is no change in the circumstance, there is no substances in the Application. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. 6.

However, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously.

Liberty is granted to the Applicant to fle fresh Bail Application, if the trial is not concluded within a reasonable period.
