The Appellant will pay the entire amount of Rs.40,000/- as lumpsum in full and final satisfaction. The Respondents accept the amount. Against this the statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- is to be adjusted. As an exception case the amount of Rs. 25,000/- is permitted to be withdrawn directly from this Court with all accrued interest, if any. The balance amount of Rs.15,000/- will be paid by cheque drawn in the name of Respondent No. 1 by 28th July 2017. 2.

The First Appeal is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
