This is regular Bail Application filed by the Applicant. The Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan as per order dated 9th September 2019 has rejected regular bail application, but has granted Covid bail. This Court has recorded in the orders dated 21st November 2022, and 5th December 2022, that after being released on Covid bail, the Applicant has not surrendered. The direction was given to take instructions.

Today, it is submitted that as per instructions given by Advocate on record, the Applicant has not surrendered. If the Applicant has no regard for law and he has already jumped the bail, this Application cannot be considered. Hence, this Application has become infructuous and it is disposed of AS dismissed.
