The learned Counsel for the original claimants submits that pursuant to the order dated 26.11.2014, the entire amount of the award is deposited. He prays that the applicants be allowed to withdraw the amount of their share as per the impugned judgment and award. 1 / 2

The learned Counsel for the Insurance Company submits that he has deposited Rs.28 lacs.

Therefore, out of Rs.28 lacs, the applicants are allowed to withdraw Rs.15 lacs in the ratio as directed by the learned Tribunal in paragraph 2 of its operative order, on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Tribunal. The remaining amount shall be invested in a fixed deposit with a nationalised bank.
