This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent, namely, Bhimaji Kamlu Gadge who is said to have died on 10.10.2020.

True copy of the Death Certificate is annexed alongwith the

application. Application is moved within limitation. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The applicant is permitted to implead the proposed legal representatives on record by amending the memo of appeal.

Necessary amendment be carried out within 2 weeks. 4.

Mr.Shinde, undertakes to file Vakalatnama on behalf of the proposed legal representatives within 2 weeks in the Registry. Statement is accepted. 5.
