The learned APP submits that trial has commenced and the prosecution has already examined three witnesses. 2.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is in jail for more than five years. It is submitted that in view of earlier orders, the application may be heard on merit. However, as the trial has commenced and prosecution has examined three witnesses, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. Considering the facts and circumstances, the trial Court shall endeavor to conclude the trial as early as possible. If the trial is not concluded within six months, the applicant is at liberty to move an application for bail before the trial Court. 3.
Application is disposed of.
