This civil application is for stay of execution of the order impugned in the appeal. The civil application was filed in the year 1999 and the ad-interim order thereon was passed on 24th November, 1999. Since, the ad-interim has been in operation till date the same is required to be confirmed. It is to be noted that the first appeal itself is likely to come up on board for final hearing within a short-time. Hence, the civil application is allowed. The ad-interim order is confirmed.
