DATE: 24th June, 2019 P.C.:- 1] The order impugned is passed on the show cause notice issued under Section 75 sub-section (5) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies act, 1960.

2] In my opinion, once the earlier order under Sections 75(5) and 78A is subject matter of challenge before the Divisional Joint Registrar, it is open for the Petitioner to raise the issue which is sought to be contested through this Petition before the concerned authority. I am informed that the Divisional Joint Registrar, who is 1/2

3] Keeping the option open to the Petitioner to canvass the issue which is raised in this Petition before the said authority, Petition stands disposed of.
