DATED : 6th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The learned APP state that the present applicant face accusations under section 498-A, 377,406, 354 and 506(2) read with 34 of IPC. She state that the investigating officer shall issue a notice to the applicants under section 41 A-(1)(a) of CrPC and the applicants assure that they shall abide by the said notice. In case the investigating officer is desirous of arresting them, by recording reasons, the applicants will be given 48 hours notice. In the wake of the aforesaid statement the counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application. The application is disposed off as withdrawn.
