By the above Civil Application No.1788 of 2016, the Petitioner/Applicant seeks the following reliefs :- "(a) That the delay of 1903 days be condoned. (b) That the amendment order dated 09.06.2015 be set aside and the Proposed Respondents be brought on record as the Respondent No.1(a) in place of the deceased Respondent No.1.

Though the above Civil Application No.1788 of 2016 is served on the proposed Respondent, none appear for the Respondents. For the reasons set out in the above Civil Application No.1788 of 2016, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which are reproduced hereinabove. Amendment to be carried out within a
