1) The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer on the stipulated dates and has joined the process of investigation. She submitted that the specimen handwriting of the applicant has been taken by the Investigating Officer. She further, on instructions, submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. 2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 3rd August, 2016 is hereby confirmed.

3) The applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon for the purpose of investigation.

4) The condition no. 5 (i) in the Order dated 3rd August, 2016 is hereby modified and the applicant is permitted to furnish one or more
