P.C. :- 1] By detailed order dated 5th July 2017, this Court has denied ad-interim relief to the Petitioners. Thereafter, when the matter was called out on 24th August 2017, none appeared for the Petitioners. Even today when the Petition is called out neither any representative of the Petitioners nor their advocates appeared. It is possible as contended by Mr. Harish Pawar the learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 1-Bank that after the Petitioners failed to obtain any ad-interim relief they have lost interest in pursuing the present Petition.

2] Taking into consideration the aforesaid, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
