This Court on 01.07.2022 and 08.07.2022, by well-reasoned orders, granted ad-interim protection in favour of the applicants in ABA No.1772 of 2022 and ABA No.1819 of 2022 respectively. The said applicants are alleged to be the friends of the main accused - Saurabh Patil. The said main accused is informed to have been released on regular bail and married to the victim girl on 17.05.2022. 2.

In this background, having regard to the reasons recorded in the orders dated 01.07.2022 and 08.07.2022, ad-interim protection stands confirmed.

That being so, in the event of arrest of the applicants in Crime No.26 of 2022 registered with Kagal Police Station, District - Kolhapur for the offences punishable under Section 363 of the IPC, they be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each 1/2

Applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer from 22nd to 29th September, 2022 between 10:00a.m. and 12 noon and thereafter as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. The said applicants shall not directly or indirectly try to influence the prosecution witnesses and tamper with the evidence. 4.

Applications are disposed of accordingly.
