DATED : 28th MARCH, 2024 P.C:- On being confronted that there is no change in circumstances, when the first Bail Application was withdrawn on 29/7/2022, learned counsel for the applicant would press into service a new ground of non-compliance of Section 52A of the NDPS Act.

The learned APP Ms.Ganpathy would however, point out that no such ground is raised in the present application. In the wake of the aforesaid, the counsel seek permission to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to file an appropriate one. BA stand disposed off.
