This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by Order dated 22nd April, 2016 in Bail Application No.909 of 2016. By the said condition, the applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station on every 16th day of each month till the conclusion of the trial.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that since his release from jail, the applicant is regularly complying with the said condition. She further submitted that the applicant is also attending the trial Court regularly 1/2

30-APPLN337-17.DOC and therefore prayed that the said condition may be relaxed.

In view of the above, and for the reasons stated in the application, I am inclined to relax the said condition by directing the applicant to hereinafter attend the concerned police station on every 16th day of third calender month of the year i.e. four times in a year.
