DATED : 18th OCTOBER, 2022 P.C:- On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application, the learned counsel Mr.Purwant seek permission to withdraw the application. Permission is granted. Application is disposed off as withdrawn.

The learned counsel is however, justified in submitting that the applicant is incarcerated for almost 2 years and though charge has been framed and the concerned Court/Magistrate shall be directed to expeditiously conclude the trial.

2/2 20 BA 2883-21.doc When the charge-sheet is perused, it can be seen that the prosecution has cited 20 witnesses, but since the number of the Officers of the Bank are multiplied, the prosecution may reduce the number of witnesses.

In any case, considering the nature of accusation, the RCC Case No.268/2021 shall be concluded by the JMFC, Kalyan, within a period of eight months from today. The applicant is at liberty to renew the request in case the trial do not concluded within the stipulated period. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) Tilak
