Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. By this application for amendment, the applicants want to incorporate a prayer for issuing a writ of mandamus against the private respondents. Such a prayer cannot be granted in a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Accordingly, civil application is rejected. However, remedies of the applicant against the concerned respondents are kept open.
