This is an application for return of the passport which was directed to be deposited by this Court by its Order dated 21.4.2017. The record indicates that, the parties herein have settled the matter and the informant has already received a sum of Rs.80.00 lakhs mentioned in the first information report. In view thereof, the Investigating Officer is hereby directed to return the passport to the applicant immediately after furnishing the copy of the present order.
