The above contempt petition is fled by the petitioner alleging breach of order dated 22nd January, 2019, on the part of the respondents. By the said order, the respondent - Corporation was directed to decide the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all concerned.

On 14th November, 2019, the Corporation has complied with the said order by passing a speaking order. The Corporation - respondent shall take appropriate action as recorded and directed in the order dated 22nd January, 1/2
