We have heard the learned advocate for the Applicant and the Non-Applicant.

As far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, it is not disputed now the Municipal Corporation has decided the Application of Petitioner for regularisation.

As far as prayer clause (c) is concerned, the learned counsel for Corporation submits that it was due to the miscommunication between the Respondent and the advocate. The statement was made bonafidely. We accept the explanation given by the learned advocate for the Respondent and do not intent to proceed further with regard to the prayer clause (c).
