This is an application for relaxation of the bail conditions imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 3rd July 2013. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the condition to report the Shanti Nagar Police Station, Bhiwandi on every alternate Sunday till the disposal of the case is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to attend Shanti Nagar Police Station, Bhiwandi once in three months on first Monday of the said month between 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. till the disposal of the case against the applicant.
