This petition arises out of interim order passed in Complaint (ULP) No.202 of 1999. Ms. Doshi, the learned advocate for the respondent states that, since admission of the petition, the Labour Court, by it's judgment and order dtd. 29Th July, 2002 has disposed off the complaint and tenders xerox copy of the order. The xerox copy is taken on file. In view of final disposal of the main complaint, the petition does not survive. The same is accordingly disposed off. (SMT. R. P. SONDURBALDOTA, J.)
