This is second application for bail. The previous application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 9th March, 2020. 2.

Learned APP on instructions submitted that the trial has proceeded. Five witnesses are examined. The prosecution proposes to examine two more witnesses i.e. Medical Officer and Investigating Officer. The next date before the trial Court is on 29th July, 2022.

In these circumstances, it is expected that the trial Court would proceed with trial expeditiously.

ORDER

Bail Application No.1511 of 2020 is rejected and disposed of accordingly.
