The above Petition takes exception to the order dated 31-7-2014 passed by the Deputy Director of Land Records in Appeal No.364 of 2012 filed by the Petitioner. Though the Petitioner also seeks to challenge the order dated 25-9-2014 passed in the Review Application filed by the Petitioner, since an alternative efficacious remedy by way of Revision under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code is available to the Petitioner, it is not necessary to entertain the above Petition.
