This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No.23569 of 2019. By a conditional Order dated 22nd January 2020 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I), present Petition came to be dismissed for non removal of Office objections within stipulated period. There is a delay of 171 days in filing the present application. 2.

Perusal of application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay.

In view thereof, delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (b) and (c).

Learned Advocate for the Applicants/Petitioners is directed to remove Office objections within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
