Applicants had filed Criminal Application No. 2158 of 2014 and 2160 2014 seeking enlargement on bail in crime no. 101 of 2014. Applicants are being prosecuted for offence punishable under section 395 of Indian Penal Code r/w 4 r/w 26 of Indian Arms Act. On 12/11/2014, after arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the applicants upon instructions had sought liberty to withdraw the application and the application was allowed to be withdrawn. This is a subsequent application.

2) Learned counsel for the applicants has shown several lacunas in the investigation. It is also submitted that co-accused have been enlarged on bail by the Sessions Court. However, there is no change in circumstance and ism
