The Learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent states that no construction shall be carried out in the suit property. The statement is accepted. 2.

Pending the hearing and final disposal of the above Second Appeal both the parties shall maintain status-quo as of today in respect of the suit property. 3.

This order shall not preclude the Authorities from adjudicating the complaint received from the Respondent dated 14.12.2016 with regard to the alleged unauthorized cutting of neem tree by the Appellant on its own merits. 4.

The Respondent undertakes to file a complete paper book within a period of three weeks from today.
