None appears for the Petitioner. The petition is filed seeking direction for transfer of investigation of Cr. No. I-556 of 2015 registered with Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station, Kalyan to any other police station of Kalyan City or Local Crime Branch. 2.

Heard the learned APP. Perused the report dated 16th February, 2017 by the Senior Inspector of Police, Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station, Kalyan. The above report discloses that a chargesheet is filed against the accused nos.1 to 3 on 4th September, 2015. pps

11 wp 2674-15.doc Thereafter, on 29th December, 2016 supplementary chargesheet is filed against the accused nos.4 to 6. The accused no.7 is shown as an absconding accused. However, further investigation is in progress and attempts are being made to trace the absconding accused. 3.

In the above circumstances, we do not find any merit in the above petition. The petition is dismissed.
