1) After hearing the learned counsel for the applicants, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief in favour of the applicant, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to surrender before the Investigating Officer.

2) Leave and liberty granted.

3) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the father of the applicants expired on 10.10.2016 and the applicants have to perform obsequies ceremony. In view of the same, the applicants are hereby directed to surrender before the Investigating Officer on or before 11.00 a.m. on 24th October 2016. It is made clear that the said period will not be extended on any count. 4) Application is dismissed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
