The petition is filed seeking direction to respondent no.2 to register the FIR in pursuance of the report dated 19th June, 2017, copy of which is annexed as Exhibit-J to the petition.

Mr. Shaikh, the Learned APP, on instructions of the Officer, who is present in the Court, makes a

No.6 of 2017 is registered against one, Mohammed Shafi Shahaalam Gazi for offences punishable under Sections 354, 332, 325, 504, 143, 147, 149 and 506(2) 0f the Indian Penal Code is registered with Samta Nagar Police Station. He also states that, this information would be communicated to the petitioner. The statement is accepted.

In the light of the statement, the grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, no more survives. The petition is dismissed.
