It is contention of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has filed Application before Respondent No.3-Competent Authority, but it is not decided and it is pending. Hence, direction be given to decide it as early as possible.

The learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that appropriate order be passed.

Considering the submission of both the counsel. The Respondent No.2 to decide the pending Application dated 10 August 2019 at Exhibit-J to the Petition as early as possible on its own merits, preferably within two months from today. Hence, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Writ Petition is partly allowed.

(ii) The Respondent Nos.1 and 2 is directed to decide Application dated 10 August 2019 at Exhibit-J to the Petition, as early as possible, preferably within two months from today.
