He, therefore, applies for leave to withdraw the Civil Revision Application. Leave is granted. Civil Revision Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
5) Since the Civil Revision Application is itself disposed of, the Civil Application No.329 of 2015 no longer survives and same is also disposed of.
