The principal grievance of the Petitioner is that though a complaint was made on 23-5-2016 to the Senior Inspector of Police, Bangur Nagar Police Station, Malad (West) Mumbai, no cognizance of the same has been taken by the Police. The Learned APP Ms Mhatre states that an appropriate reply would be sent to the said letter dated 23-5-2016, if not already replied within two weeks from date. Statement accepted. It would be contingent upon the said reply that the further course of action would have to be adopted by the Petitioner.
