The writ jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 25.06.2015 passed by the Learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune, by which order, the application for amendment of the reply of the Election Petition being Exh.183 of the Respondent No.8 to the Election Petition came to be allowed and the reply came to be permitted to be amended in terms of the amendment sought. In my view, having regard to the nature of the amendment sought and also having regard to the fact that the reply which is in the nature of a written statement was sought to BGP.

(38)-WPST-18124-15.doc be amended, no case for interference is made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. Hearing of the Election Petition is however expedited.
