The learned counsel for the applicants states that application was to be filed only for applicant No.6 (accused No.6) Vakil Khan Aziz Khan. However, inadvertently, the application for all the six accused was filed. She therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file an application for applicant No.6 Vakil Khan Aziz Khan.

The Criminal Application is disposed of, as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.
