Heard Mr. Railkar, learned counsel for the Applicants. He states that no notice was issued in the Second Appeal and none appears for the Respondents. The Second Appeal was dismissed as Appellants failed to remove office objections. He further states that there is some delay in filing the Second Appeal therefore, the Interim Application is pending for condonation of delay.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 1/2

Office objections in the Second Appeal be removed within eight weeks from today.
